Crown of PGI Welsh Lamb on the Grill

You will need:

• 1 PGI Welsh Lamb Crown
• Garlic oil
• Seasoning salt

Method:

Cut the lamb into small cutlets with bones (lamb chops).
Brush the meat with garlic oil and sprinkle with seasoning salt.
Grill the lamb for 2 minutes. on each side on direct heat.
