Wales’ green hills and abundant rainfall create the perfect environment for producing delicious and natural PGI Welsh Lamb and PGI Welsh Beef. Independent research has shown that emissions from Welsh livestock farms are among the lowest in the world. Welsh farmers tend and care for their land using traditional practices, passed down through the generations, and with this experience and acres of grassland, it is no surprise that Wales is among the most sustainable places to produce lamb and beef.
